Yoga flow and dynamic alignment
These 6 week courses are suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience of yoga and who wish to concentrate on developing a deeper knowledge of the dynamic alignment principles in yoga postures. We will move slowly, taking the time to fully explore breathing techniques and yoga postures (asanas). The body will begin to open and release tension as the teaching encourages the cultivation of a natural grace and alignment. Each course is structured around a key yoga principle or posture with each class building on techniques explored in the weeks before.

Yoga for Pregnancy
These classes are designed to guide you from 16 weeks of pregnancy to birth, helping you to breathe and relax, using gentle stretches to calm body and mind. The classes are based on the Birthlight principles
and the classes support our ability to celebrate and enjoy the nurturing of new life in our body, promoting physical fitness and a calm, mindful approach to birthing.
