6 week Slow Flow Yoga course


These courses are suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience of yoga and who wish to concentrate on developing a deeper knowledge of the dynamic alignment principles in yoga postures. We will move slowly, taking the time to fully explore breathing techniques and yoga postures (asanas). The body will begin to open and release tension as the teaching encourages the cultivation of a natural grace and alignment. Each course is structured around a key yoga principle or posture with each class building on techniques explored in the weeks before.

There are 4 people in each class.

Monday  - 7pm, 8.15pm

Tuesday  - 9.15am, 7pm, 8.15pm

Wednesday  - 9.15am, 11am, 7pm, 8.15pm

Friday - 9.15am
